Breath of Fire
Be sure to be laying down for this as there is high likelihood of passing out.
Breath of Fire:
2min of fast-paced inhale & exhale through the nose
Make the nose work with full exhales which then automatically initiate the inhale ~ focus is on good exhales to get great inhales
Requires focus, commitment, and trust that any discomfort will pass. FOCUS!
Burning of nostrils, dizziness, slight pain & discomfort are normal and will subside.
Commit fully to the full 2 minutes
Wim Hof Fundamental:
2 rounds
Full inhales, easy (not full) exhales
Retention (breath hold) of 2min each
3 x recovery breath
DMT Advanced Breath (be sure to be laying down for this part if you’re not already as there is high likelihood of passing out):
20-30 full, rapid inhales through the mouth with easy (not full) exhales at rapid pace ~ don’t sacrifice full inhales for faster pace. Slow it down to get maximal inhales.
20-30 pick up the intensity and pace a bit. Think of this as going up a gear from the last 20-30 breath
Final 20-30 breaths with full intensity and pace ~ this is designed to be uncomfortable so keep your focus and commit to it.
Hold breath at TOP of final inhale and squeeze as long as you want ~ usually 15-20 seconds but can feel like minutes, hours, even days!
